I transfered a website to a client and had they invite me as a guest, not I’m trying to add a site plan to change the domain but the page is not loading

Make sure to disable any browser plugins that might be interfering, esp ad blockers.
Clear your browser cache.
Beyond that, you’d have to contact support.

Hi @jia-webflow I have the same exact issue.
I’ve just transferred a site to client and now i need to upgrade back to business plan to get their site live again but the plans page is not loading.
I’m getting the same issue in chrome and firefox.
