Site not same across different browsers

My site shows differently across different browsers. I designed my site in Chrome on Windows, it is also showing fine in Chrome on Mac OSX. it is not showing correctly for a customer slider Element (‘CustSlider_Landscapes’) I made using the slider element. It is located on the ‘Landscapes’ page. It is not showing correctly on my site in Safari on Mac OSX, in the designer and on the published site. In internet explorer on Windows the whole site is completely messed up. And on edge on Windows the videos are not showing and some background images are really low res.

Browser Versions:

Mac:
Chrome: Version 54.0.2840.98 (64-bit)
Safari: Version 9.1.2 (11601.7.7)

PC:
Chrome: version 54.0.2840.99 (64-bit)
Internet Explorer: version 11.447.14393.0
Edge: version 38.14393.0.0 Edge HTML: 14.14393

Update your Safari version.

On my Safari it works fine. Mine is Safari Version 10.0.1

Depending on your version, many versions of IE do not support Flexbox.

You can find more here: Can I use... Support tables for HTML5, CSS3, etc

That is fine on my end. But there are a LOT of people that wont have the latest version, and the site will appear broken for them. Is there any way of keeping continuity for the design across all platforms?

Actually just updated to 10.0.1 and its still not showing properly.
