Site backups not working. Error message: Snapshots not found

I’ve been trying to preview my past backups, but I receive an error “Snapshot not found”. I do not know what to do to fix the bug. I’ve tried several different backups to preview and none work. I’ve tried on a different Webflow account and it’s also not working. My Chrome browser is up to date as well. Any ideas?

I recommend that you open a trouble ticket with the Webflow support team.

Try erasing browser history with cookies. It will defintely work

I’m currently experiencing this issue as well. Could it have something to do with the recent update?

I can access my home page in every backup, however when i try to navigate to any other page I get the same error as mentioned in this threads messages above.

Has anyone fixed it by clearing cache/cookies as @SMarukona mentioned above?

Exactly the same issue I’m facing - clearing cookies didn’t solve it for me.

Same. Exact. Issue. I use webflow 4 hours each day and use backups on a daily basis. I’ve never seen this happen before. Can someone from Webflow look into this. With what we all pay for Webflow you guys should be quick to address this MAJOR issue.
