Shrink element as you scroll down

I’m trying to figure out how to make this logo shrink and move to the top of the page as you scroll down. I also want the logo to be fixed at the top when you scroll down.

Webflow does not have a “as you scroll” type of interaction. But, you can still make interactions happen “on scroll”.
