Showing multi reference fields as separate lists with related items

I’m having some issues with showing the correct CMS items using a multi reference field. To make it a little bit more clear, I’m using Webflow for a job board platform.

All of the jobs have their own related job function (like a category). But I would also like to show related job functions with jobs related to that job function.

So for example if a job has job function A as their main category (single reference field). And have Job function B and Job function C as their related job functions (as a multi reference field). I would like to show each as a separate collection.

I am able to show a combined collection with all of the jobs having this job function. But I would like them to show as separate sliders.

Does anybody maybe have a solution for this?
