SHow different CMS item on hover

HI, I’m trying to show the CMS collection, where text depends on image that is hovered. My vision in initially I show 3 thumbnails of blog posts and title and summary of the first one and then when other is hover I wanna change this title and summary to the one’s that is hovered. How do I achieve this effect?
