Hoping someone can assist, have reached out to Webflow (who were great) and Shopify but cannot get a solution.
We’re utilising the Shopify Buy Button embedded across a few websites, using the custom code and dynamic updates from the CMS to pull the component/ID values - however on iOS devices (phone at least), anything that has a variable drop down (i.e. Dawn Surface Mount | We Ponder Ceramic Lights), the variable text appears blue.
Shopify came back and said:
" From looking into this further for you, It looks like you would need to either edit the styling of the Buy Button code directly, or add some code to your websites CSS to override the Safari defaults. You can find the details on editing the Buy button styling on this Help Center page, and you can check out this Stackoverflow post on how to override the default Safari styling." however I can’t quite pin point how/what to do to add to the buy button code to rectify the problem.
Tried ChatGPT also to help trouble shoot but no luck - hoping someone can assist. Thanks!
