Selecting "Include Time Picker" on date field moves all start dates back in time

How do I avoid this issue? Here’s how to replicate it:

  1. A list of events exist in the CMS with start dates.
  2. Edit the event collection and edit the start date field.
  3. Click “Include Time Picker” on the start date field.

This will move all events in the CMS back in time.
