Seeking Assistance with Website Localization Issue

Hello everyone,

I’m having trouble adding localization to the site.

Initially, I built the site with an Arabic interface using English localization, setting it to a right-to-left (RTL) layout. However, when I tried to include an English version, I couldn’t because English was already in use for localization. Consequently, I added Arabic localization, but the layout switched to left-to-right (LTR).

Is there a method to set the primary localization to Arabic without altering the design?

I want to clarify this and find a solution before I pay any localization fees.

Thank you in advance.

Hey Ahmad, it’s not ideal, but you can set a Custom Attribute of “dir=ltr” on the body of your page. This way the HTML dir set by Webflow won’t flip your layout!
