At the moment Webflow doesn’t support results selection, this means that everything on your website is indexed and shown in the results page.
There are a couple of things that you can do this on this regard:

Using a third party searching platform like Findberry, searchIQ, Site Search 360, Swiftype, etc and implementing it into your WF project.

Implementing a filtering plugin like Isotope
These options require some level of custom code understanding but I have to say that the results is awesome.
