Hello,
I’m working on a site and I need to get the nav bar to change its background color has it scrolls up and down. When the page scrolls down it works fine, but when it scrolls back up the background remains the same.
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ve done this before with past sites so I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong with this one.

Hint:
You’ve selected border colour instead of BG colour

Sometimes just needs that extra pair of eyes to spot something… and because it’s so trivial, you don’t even entertain yourself with the idea!

I have a similar problem, except I actually used the BG Color.
How can I change the BG Color from transparent to blue when the user scrolls up?
