Scrolling on mobile devices causes strange disappear and re-appear action

I’m trying to get rid of it!! but don’t know how. it works fine on the desktop but for some reason its sketchy on the tablet and phone.

actually ithink i fixed it with adding a bg section with the content attached :smiley:
