Scrolling blocking issue

Hello,

I have some issues with my scrolling. While scrolling into the home page, the scrolling effect blocks for 1 second and get back to normal . It happens during the second and third section. Could you please help me fix that? It breaks all the fluidity of the website.

Looks like the issue comes from the ‘‘image background’’. When I use an image element it works fine. But I can’t get the same effect with the image as the background image because of the options ‘‘fixed’’
