Scrolling Animation, browser scrollbar

Hi,

i am trying to create a looping animation where clouds move across the screen, this works to a point - for some reason when the image reaches the edge of the browser, the browser horizontal scroll bar shows and I can scroll the page to the right which I don’t want to be able to do - this is despite having Overflow set to hidden.
