Scroll into view with offset

I have 2 lottie animations sitting on top of each other, the bottom one has an offset of 50% and the top one has an offset of 50%.

The top trigger never works when the offset is 50% it only triggers with offset 0% any idea?

Scroll down to “Act 3” go into that section and you’ll see the 2 lottie animation on the right.
