Safari overflow:hidden bug

Hello fellow designers,

I have an issue and it shows best in the video: https://streamable.com/ycmxed

Who has had this before and/or knows what is happening in my project?

It is such a weird bug, since switching ‘desktops’ fixes the overflow if it has been hovered. I think it has something to do with overflow:hidden. And it works well in Firefox and Chrome.
