Thanks for looking into this! The site is called Celebrate North Seattle (celebratenorthseattle). My OS version is Mac OS 10.10.5. Currently the ruler is working as expected, and I don’t know what Chrome version I was using when it wasn’t working since Chrome auto-updates very frequently (now I’m on 51.0.2704.103).
