Responsive menu is moving around on me

Hi,
I’ve got two issues, and thank you so much for anyone that can help me and my client out.

  1. on the desktop, as the page resizes, the menu items are sliding upwards out of the blue bar even though the collapse almost the way I want them to. Is there a way to get them to stay in the blue bar as they resize?

And 2. On the mobile menu, is there a way to anchor the hamburger menu in one place? Sort of like this, lined up with the yellow cross?
