Hi, I’m trying to recreate a imput from on my clients old website. it’s for a jeweler. a user can imput their diamond’s id number and then click submit and they are redirected to the AGS diamond database and are shown their diamonds info. I hope that makes since, the link to the form is below. just scroll to the bottom of the page to see the imput form. I’m not sure if I’m even referring to the imput field correctly since I’m not a coder.
