I’m currently working through a homepage header that is driven by CMS collection data, and am hoping to show only one collection at a time, and randomize what displays each time the page loads.
Here is my read-only link: Webflow - Bosh Advisors
Currently, I have my collection list set to ‘Limit Items’, and to show 1 at a time. I’ve also set the ‘Sort Order’ to ‘Random, Shuffle’, after reading this article in the Webflow Forum. However, it isn’t reliably randomizing for me or my client on every page load. I’m not sure what’s currently causing it to shuffle when it does, but I’d love for it to truly randomize every single time the page is reloaded with a different collection list.
Is this a reliable way to accomplish randomizing hero header content, to keep it easily updatable in the future by my client?
Is there a better way to accomplish this?
