Looking for someone to build a simple comparison/savings calculator that I can use in a hero section on our website. This calculator will compare two countries’ salaries by a selected job position from our database, with an option to show it in annual or monthly salary, quantity slider (how many employees), show a cost difference between the two countries in the currency selected, and CTA.
For example: Mid Front End Dev in San Francisco, USA salary compared to Mid Frond End Dev in Mexico City, Mexico salary
This task requires some basic JavaScript knowledge and a buttery smooth UI matching the website. I foresee 5 to 6 hours of work, and budget is $300 USD. Please reach out for more details.
Do you still need help with this one? I’m a no-code dev who works in Webflow, and spent close to a decade working as a frontend-focused software engineer, using Javascript and JS frameworks. I also have some UX/UI design skills.
Apologies for replying on the post direct, but I just joined the forum and don’t have DM access yet. Please feel free to reach out at my email as well: grhe@grantqh.com

This sounds like a really interesting project!
I’ve done something similar recently a small calcolo stipendio netto da lordo project for Italy where I handled dynamic inputs, tax calculations, and live updates on the page. It was a good way to experiment with state management and input handling in JavaScript.
If you’re looking for ideas on how to structure the calculator logic efficiently or manage multiple inputs, I’d be happy to share some tips.
I focused on making the UI responsive and clean while keeping the JavaScript logic DRY, which might be useful for your comparison calculator as well.
Hi @Peterson23, it’s generally unhelpful to necro posts from 3 years ago. No doubt that project is long past, so it’s just unhelpful alert emails to the original poster and noise in the forum threads. When someone requests help, offers to assist are great- just please keep them focused on relevant, active posts.
