Questions about Experts affiliate program

I’m with a web design agency. We build webflow sites for clients. We usually set each client up with their own separate CMS site plan. There is no intermingling with our own workspace. Since we refer so many clients to webflow we’d like to earn commissions. It seems that the Experts commission program is the way to go as it offers 20% self-serve subscription: https://experts.webflow.com/apply

QUESTIONS

  1. What is meant by “self serve subscription”?

  2. Will there be an affiliate link that drops a cookie, then we sign the client up through that link to get credit?

  3. Do the client accounts need to be in our agency’s dashboard/account or can they be independent of us?

  4. How long is the duration of the Experts exam we would have to pass to get certified and eligible for the partner commissions program?

Please confirm. Thank you!

J_N_L did you ever get an answer to these questions? I am trying to figure out the same thing.

You become an expert and get the ability to link a client in your dashboard settings. When you link the client’s workspace using their email address they have to subscribe to a site plan on the project, when they reach the payment step they will have the option to add a partner code, just looks like your regular old discount code field, but says it’s the partner code or whatever. You have to make sure they have yours and use it. And yeah, then you go withdraw the earnings now and then.

There’s also used to be an affiliate program, which seems simpler, maybe see if that’s still running, otherwise you have to make sure you link the person and get them to use the code. Affiliate Program

I don’t know anyone on the affiliate thing though so can’t say.
