Question about .txt files and indexing

From what I can gather if I want to upload a .txt file to webflow I upload it to the asset manager, redirect to that url wit the url I want. It works when you go to the redirected url which is great. However, if its redirected, does it get added to the sitemap correctly for crawlers to see it? Will google pick up on it if its redirected?

Are there any potential SEO issues to consider by going this route? I have a site hosted through WebFlow so I don’t have many other options I’m aware of.

A TXT file? No, assets are not added to the sitemap.

It’s unusual to put content that you want indexed into a TXT file, why not put it into a webpage as a large text block?
