Publish hangs undefinitely

Dear all,
Just bought a paid plan, and now I get ERROR PUBLISHING TIME OUT!
after more than 10 minutes waiting for it to PUBLISH my changes

Ive seen there are some issues from year 2018, but is it still going on ??
