Problem with pop-up on published website

When I enter the preview mode my pop-up module works normally but when I publish the website something is off.
Do you guys know how can I fix it?

wow. I am stumped. I looked on the publisher then looked on the published site on a browser and it doesn’t come up at all. I have no idea why. I will keep trying though.
