Hey guys,
Have recently been using the Webflow platform and decided it was a great fit for what I needed, so took the plunge and purchased a paid Account Plan.
I had a website that was a Work In Progress, and had been backed up/saved multiple times throughout it’s editing, design, and update history.
After successfully completing the account plan purchase, I have gone back to editing the website project only to find that it is now only a Body page, and all of the work I have done seems to have disappeared. I can still see my assets under the Assets section, and under “Back Up” in the project settings dashboard I can see all of my previous back up versions.
I can click on ‘Restore’ on any back version, however this proves to be futile as when going back to the editor, only the ‘Body’ page is visible, with no previous design changes/edits visible.
Curiously, when on the project settings dashboard under the “Back Up” tab, when clicking on ‘Preview’ on a previously backed up version, it throws an error, “route not found: /preview/api/sites/tyrones-dapper-project-2e45b8/domains?preview=undefined” … has anyone had a similar issue and found a fix? As a side note, I have also recently updated an API token link to use my Adobe fonts on my projects - not sure if this could be a reason for the issue?
If anyone has any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated. I have contacted customer support however I am on a time frame to get the site published, and not sure if they will be able to assist within the required time frame.
