This issue only exists in the mobile portrait breakpoint
For some reason the Designer Preview and the live published site do not match. There is pesky white space in between the full screen background video and the next section.
The Preview screen makes me think that I have resolved it, but when I publish the site the live version still shows the gap in mobile portrait mode.
