Positions Elements the Same in Grid

Hi everyone,

I have created a grid in which each of the cells has multiple elements.

I would like these elements all to be at the same height within each gridbox for aesthetic symmetry. However, as you can see in the screenshot, the icons are on different lines, as well as the headings and the text. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
