Positioning Slider and Dropdown Menu

I’m trying to get my slider and the 2 elements associated within it to fit properly no matter how the browser is sized:

  1. Slider
  2. Vertical Tri-Box
  3. Horizontal Menu

In full-screen view everything appears how I want it:

1920×1048 1.79 MB

Ideally, when the browser is re-sized everything stays proportional and “in place”. Instead I get this:

So, how do I:

  • Keep the Horizontal Menu at the bottom of the slider or have the slider scale within the container it is in.
  • Keep the Menu text scaled or at least stack gracefully

If I have not described the problem correctly just try re-sizing the browser window on the homepage and you will see what I mean.

This is the last big hurdle for me to finish off this homepage design. Thanks in advance!
