Portfolio "Lightbox + Text"

Hi everyone, im working on a portfolio por my web.
Im having trouble with this: I would like that when ever someone clicks on a portfolio item,
something like a “pop up” appears like a “Lightbox (image 2 or 3 images) + text” reveals the work.
but i don´t know how to do it,

I found some tutorials on similar things but it´s not exactly what im looking for:

Does anybody thinks i should do something like that for each of my portfolio items?

Can anybody give me a hint? o link me to a tutorial.
