Populate forms with CMS items?

Hello everyone.

I want to create a contact form where people can send me info about their cars.

What i want : create a CMS collection with brand car and their models.
And then, populate the brand and model inputs with the cms data. But is it possible?

Yes it’s possible but you need to have some basic JavaScript knowledge to achieve this.

Look into Finsweet’s CMS Select. You can put a select element in your form and populate it from the CMS, makes it much easier to manage specific option sets dynamically.
