Pages opening at mid-point or the bottom

Hi all,

My website has started exhibiting some very strange behaviour. In designer, preview, and published mode, pages are opening either mid-way down the page or at the bottom. In published mode, no scroll is available, and large sections are missing from what is in designer and preview.

Any thoughts on what is going on?

The name field in your form is set to autofocus. If you remove that, the page will stop loading there.
