I am trying to move this element down, but I can’t seem to find what it is. Everything is lined up and working properly on desktop, but on the smaller breakpoints I can’t seem to figure out what this is to move it down.

It doesn’t show for me. I’m using Safari. It may be hard to determine because there is a lot of white space and missing elements. For instance, your pink button disappears on mobile landscape.
I suggest building out the entire page and all of its elements before setting up animations. Animations can become confusing.
