OTP verification(via whatsapp) in webflow form

Hey fam,
I want to add OTP verification via WhatsApp, on a form in webflow. I have used jquery and its working. But sometimes form is not submitting instead it reloads the page and add all field data to its URL (see URL link photo below), which means NO DATA CAPTURED in our sheet.

For the future readers, here’s a memberscript that you can use to enable OTP verification via (Whats-App) in Webflow form and also enable submission only after it is verified.
