I am trying in vain to find a solution to this problem. Everything is set up correctly on my site, but I never receive order confirmations from my customers. They receive their e-mails (at least, I suppose) but I never do.
I’ve activated all notifications in the settings.
I also receive the tests I send myself to check the design. And yet everything works! I just don’t get it.
Can anyone help me? I’ve already searched the forum and the Internet but I’ve never been able to find a solution. All the questions have never been answered.
