Need help with popup modal interaction

Hello

I am trying to implement a pop-up window modal for displaying a video.

I have followed the video instruction step by step.

In my case the trigger button does not populate the window, only display the shadow cover.

I tweaked the interaction options few different ways however I failed to display the window.

Your help is very appreciated!
