Saw this website from one of Webflow’s featured websites.
Pricing & Storage Plans
Trying to figure out how the “Instant Quote” interaction trigger is made. Does it require custom code?

The “instant quote” is probably done by custom code, with the JQueryUI library.
You can check out the docs at Slider | jQuery UI.
