Need help adjusting hover effects on elements

Hey guys, I need help! For some reason, my blog thumbnails are moving when hovered. They kind of zoom out a little bit, which is really obnoxious. I don’t like it so much.

I had the effect under a up 5px when hovered and it looked pretty cool. All of a sudden, they started zooming out instead.

Does anyone know anything about this? I don’t even know where to start. I’ve tried looking at the wrapper, thumbnail image, pretty much every layer possible under the effects and transition tabs and am not finding anything at all that is making this new zoom like motion. I just want it off.
