Need help adding rel="noopener" to external links on website to increase Google Lighthouse Best Practices Score

I’m not a coder. I’ve tried a few things, namely the custom attributes function in the link settings. But I can’t seem to figure out how to please the Google Lighthouse Best Practices Score by adding the rel=“noopener” tag to my external links in my footer.

I’m hoping someone out there can help me out. Thank you!
