Need CMS to connect to category

I am building a job board - when users click on a company name, I would like the company page to highlight jobs that are linked to that company.

To do this, I’ve created a CMS link in the company page…however when I select “jobs” for that list, the list that appears is the entire list of jobs, not those that are connected to that specific company.

Could someone advise what I’m doing wrong!? Link below
