Navbar space issue

Hi

On my navbar on the site at the share link below, the tel number div on the right is getting pushed down on smaller screens like ipad in landscape mode etc. On desktop there’s plenty of space and the telephone number is displayed ok. Is there any way around this other than reducing the width of the div for the lowest common denominator?
