Navbar only opens in designer

Hi

I have edited my navbar to be fixed to the bottom of my site, with the menu opening upwards (I simply adjusted the position bottom:170px;)

It works perfectly in Designer but not in preview or the published site. Anyone have any ideas?

solved. once I unpublished the site it worked
