Is it possible to add a nav bar menu design similar to the uploaded image using the Webflow CMS? Adding the social icons is a nice touch, I think the reference image menu is a WP design.

That is a relatively simple side menu nav so its definitely possible. Made in Webflow have a lot of base cloneable designs from helpful webflowers you can start with. But I recommend you to go with Webflow University and learn how to build consistent and scalable layout first if you are new.
