Nav bar element broken

So I checked my site after doing a talk at a seminar only to find that the NAV had gone crazy

All out of line, hamburger menu showing on desktop. I’ve tried deleting and starting again but the elements are placed in – nav list to the left, hamburger menu above it, not working when clicked.

The other projects I’m working on are all arseways as well, navs all over the place.

What the hell happened in the space of a few hours? Needless to say this is pretty unacceptable, issue has been persisting since Friday!

Any help be appreciated

Here is my site Read-Only: Webflow - SuperOptimo
(how to share your site Read-Only link)

Hi @Pearse_O_Shea,

Could you share your published link also, so I can view it outside of preview.
The navigation is also not currently implemented in your ROL link? Could you add the navigation in question so I can take a look at the structure / issues.

Cheers

Sure thing, really appreciate your help

SO published url is: https://www.superoptimo.com/

and I’ve just added the nav element to the ROL

Thanks
Pearse

Apologies, the nav was changed since that screen shot was taken

However, another site is displaying the same issues (I also cloned the nav from this site): https://preview.webflow.com/preview/click-digital?utm_source=click-digital&preview=5c02c550678d8986f9dbfce9b1bbc8e6

SO hopefully that is helpful.

Also, adding a new navbar in the SuperOptimo site is behaving strangely too

Everything still haywire in Chrome for Mac, looks to be working fine in Safari.

Just to say that Webflow support themselves have been useless – it would make you wonder what if something serious were to happen (such as my issue) and client deadlines were looming…

Must be a problem with either chrome on mac or your chrome on mac. Try looking at it on another mac with chrome.

@Pearse_O_Shea

Thanks for posting about this — it definitely looks like odd behavior.

I’m not seeing the issue on my end either. I think @dram may be right in that the issue is a local browser/mac issue.

Can you please try the following:

Could you also please let me know what browser version you’re using by sending me your information from this page?

There should be a small share link when you visit the page which you can send to me.

Thanks in advance!

I cleared the cache going back 7 days and everything is working perfectly again. Should have been the go to option really :joy: I’ve no idea what changed though.

Thanks for posting an update — I’m happy to hear that you found a solution!

Yep no worries. It was a render within the designer app too, not sure if that helps. Love the product.
