Nav bar dropdown menu works in preview but doesn't work when published

Hello smart folks,

I need your help. The drop-down button on the nav bar functions well in preview mode, but sometimes it’s not fully functional. To me, the half functional button is acceptable, though on the published site, it doesn’t work at all. This button is vital to my website, can anyone help me with it?

TBH I’m not 100% sure whats going on here.

This is a case where if it was me, I’d look at recreating the menu button and animation from scratch. Ensuring it works on the live site along the way. I’ve had bugs like this before and usually find it to be the fastest way to fix them. Although quite annoying!

But it should be a relatively quick process, just create the new menu dropdown, a new animation and then copy paste the actual menu content in.

It could also be worth removing the webflow animation and having just a static open/close dropdown and seeing if that works? As it could be webflow animations playing up. Just an idea though!

Thank you! To make sure it functions, I’ll try to create a drop-down from scratch
