I have a hidden nav bar that pops out as you scroll down the page. The only issue is, every time I scroll to back to the top of the page it pops out uncontrollably, and it ends up sitting on top of my main navigation (blocking it until I scroll back down). This has happened several times now on other sites, and I’m not sure exactly what to do about it.
Someone help please! Is anyone else experiencing this?
