Multiple Interactions with one trigger

I’m trying to do something similar as this:

I understand that I should separate each letter within divs, but is there a way to trigger each letter (with their interaction) with one hover interaction?

Or am I completely wrong?

I realized that I was doing it wrong.

Here’s my version, made in Webflow.
