[MOBLE SITE] White space on the right side and is VERY slow

Desktop is fine but my mobile site is being very weird and it wasn’t like this when i last published.

Any ideas on how i can fix the mobile view?

The mobile white space issue is caused by a scale transform applied on “.combine-footer3_top”
