Mobile view changes affecting (on a form block with a grid) are affecting desktop view

Hello

I am having a hard time fixing the layout on this form. The desktop view is perfect but I can’t seem to find a way to move the highighted fields in mobile view without breaking the desktop view. I’ve tried being creative with the form’s layout with no luck please help.

You could use grid for manual positioning in mobile but it will be tedious. Try wrapping each label and their corresponding field with a parent div and adjust their positions sequentially, it should be easier, flex vertical for the form and all fields will align nicely.
