Mobile & Tablet Scrolling Issue

Hello,

When I publish my site it will not scroll on the mobile or tablet versions. I don’t have overflow hidden on any layer, which I know has been a common issue for other users in the past. All buttons and links on the page work and can be clicked/tapped, but no scrolling is permitted.

We haven’t had this issue in the past, it only happened recently, but have been off of this project for a few weeks now. If there is any new information that could help with this issue, we would much appreciate it.

If you’ve already checked for overflow hidden, another thing to look at is any fixed position elements that might be interfering with scrolling. Also, make sure no elements are extending outside the viewport, which can sometimes cause scrolling issues. Since it worked before and the issue is recent, consider any recent changes or updates to the project. Sometimes, CSS or JavaScript changes can have unexpected effects.
